OUR MISSION STATEMENT:
We inspire women in cybersecurity to LEAD via events, experiences and networking.
Our goals: to increase diversity, representation, and equality in the Cyber Security world.
Our Values
Leading Cyber Ladies is a global professional network of women in cybersecurity. It's a movement to get women of all kinds in cybersecurity together at meetups, to give talks and speak up about their work, get comfortable with public speaking and network with other such amazing ladies in a comfortable, professional, and friendly environment.

We believe in creating a safe and friendly environment for women in the cybersecurity community, with the goals of achieving greater diversity, representation, and equality in this vibrant field.
Our events have no “product pitch” talks. We keep our membership free and accessible for everyone. We do not collect any member fees and our organization is run on a volunteer basis by our global committee and local chapter organizers, and supported by local sponsors. Our movement is driven by the passion of ladies who want to make a difference in the cybersecurity field.
History
The first ever “Leading Cyber Ladies” meetup took place in Israel, January 2015. The meetup was originally the idea of Hila Meller, & Keren Elazari , who hosted the first-ever meetup for women in cyber security in Israel. Speakers included an airline CISO, a leading digital crimes prosecutor and many other successful ladies. Since 2017, our global community is organized by Reut Menashe & Keren Elazari, together with chapter leaders around the world. We call ourselves the “Leading Cyber Ladies” since we want to inspire others and lead more diversity and equality in our industry. We feel this represents our commitment to lead for change to happen.

Where we are today
Today, The "Leading Cyber Ladies" movement has established chapters in Israel, Canada, UK and Japan. We host both in-person and virtual events, online discussion groups, CTFs and more. We partner with many organizations, non-profit and for-profit, expanding the learning and networking opportunities for our members.
